Job Description:
1Export is seeking a passionate and hardworking Contact Center Manager to join our remote team in Parañaque, NCR, PH. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in contact center management, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our customer service operations.
Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee all aspects of the contact center operations, including staff performance, training, and development. - Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of customer service operations. - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven decisions to drive continuous improvement. - Lead, motivate, and coach a team of contact center agents to deliver exceptional customer service. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction. - Implement best practices in contact center management to ensure high-quality service delivery. - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff to promote professional growth and development. - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure the contact center stays competitive and efficient.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field. - Proven experience in contact center management, with at least 7 years of relevant experience. - Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. - Experience with contact center technology and software. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision. - Passion for providing excellent customer service. - Hardworking and dedicated to achieving results. - Ability to cooperate and collaborate effectively with colleagues and cross-functional teams.
