Contact Center Officer - Remote Work

**Job Description:**

Acudeen Technologies is seeking a Contact Center Officer for remote work in Antipolo, Calabarzon, Philippines. This full-time position at the Associate Level requires at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

**Responsibilities:** - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues efficiently - Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies - Document all customer interactions accurately and thoroughly in the CRM system - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet or exceed productivity and quality targets set by the company - Continuously improve customer service processes and procedures

**Requirements:** - Independent and energetic personality traits - Strong presentation and emotional intelligence skills - Excellent communication skills in English - Proven experience in customer service or contact center roles - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
