Job Description - Customer Care Agent

Greeting customers in a friendly, professional manner using the suggested script. Answering telephone and email inquiries in a timely manner. Deferring queries to your line manager if you are unable to answer them. Furnishing members and health care practitioners with details regarding members' benefits. Qualifications At least high school graduate (old curriculum) or senior high school graduate (new curriculum) Good to excellent English communication skills Willing to start immediately. No Call Center Experience Required, but prefer CCE 6 months to 1 year Perks
