Job Description - Customer Care Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:


Converge ICT Solutions Inc. is seeking a Customer Care Assistant to join our remote team in Taguig, NCR. As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various channels such as phone, email, and chat. This role requires a high level of resourcefulness and confidence to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about our products and services - Assist customers with technical support and troubleshooting - Process customer orders, refunds, and exchanges - Handle customer complaints and escalate issues as needed - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies


Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Resourceful and confident in handling customer inquiries and escalations - Excellent emotional intelligence and problem-solving skills - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and remotely - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
