Job Description - Customer Care Assistant - Remote Work


Job Description:


Homebase is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Customer Care Assistant to join our remote team based in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This role requires a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products and services - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner - Maintain customer records and update information as needed - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to customers


Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Resilient and adaptable personality traits - Strategic planning and persuasion soft skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
