Job Description:
KMC Solutions is looking for a Customer Care Associate to join our team in a remote work setting in Davao City, Davao, PH. As a Customer Care Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a full-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism - Ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate and helpful information - Maintain a positive and customer-focused attitude at all times - Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and procedures - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction and performance metrics
Requirements: - Independent and motivated individual who can work effectively in a remote setting - Strong emotional intelligence and adaptability to handle a variety of customer interactions - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently - Proficiency in using customer service software and tools - High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
