Job Description:
Balikbayad is looking for a dedicated and self-motivated Customer Care Associate to join our remote team in Pasig, NCR, Philippines. As a Customer Care Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience through various communication channels. This is an entry-level position that requires 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide detailed information on our products and services - Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner - Process orders, returns, and exchanges - Maintain accurate customer records and documentation - Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer satisfaction - Meet or exceed targets for customer service metrics and KPIs - Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed
Requirements: - Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills - Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a remote work environment - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Basic project management skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using customer service software and tools - High school diploma or equivalent
