Fetch Valet is seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Care Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in Parañaque, NCR, Philippines.
As a Customer Care Manager at Fetch Valet, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of customer care operations, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and satisfaction. Your main goal will be to exceed customer expectations and deliver delight in every interaction.
Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of Customer Care Representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure excellent customer service. - Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall customer experience and drive customer loyalty. - Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. - Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and marketing, to optimize processes and enhance customer satisfaction. - Monitor key performance indicators, such as response times and customer satisfaction scores, and make adjustments as needed. - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in customer care to continually improve our services.
Requirements: - 8 years of experience in customer care or a related field, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. - Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. - Hardworking and reliable with a customer-centric mindset. - Negotiation skills and a strong sense of teamwork.
