Job Description - Customer Experience Representative

Customer service calls with a focus on customer obsession
Respond to inbound sales and customer service inquiries in one of three main functional areas: phones, email or web chat, with a focus on customer obsession
Verify customer orders
Resolve returns and exchanges for customers
Sales through excellent customer service
Assist with other tasks assigned by supervisor
Must have good to amazing communication skills
50-55 plus typing words per minute
Internet Ready with at least 25mbps speed and with a real working backup internet
Flexible to be in voice/chat/email
Has a private space available to focus on learning and working.
Fit to work Physically and Mentally.
100% committed to work and has solid work ethic.
Fresh Graduates or no prior BPO experience will also be eligible.
