Job Description - Customer Experience Representative

  • Customer service calls with a focus on customer obsession
  • Respond to inbound sales and customer service inquiries in one of three main functional areas: phones, email or web chat, with a focus on customer obsession
  • Verify customer orders
  • Resolve returns and exchanges for customers
  • Sales through excellent customer service
  • Assist with other tasks assigned by supervisor
  • Must have good to amazing communication skills
  • 50-55 plus typing words per minute
  • Internet Ready with at least 25mbps speed and with a real working backup internet
  • Flexible to be in voice/chat/email
  • Has a private space available to focus on learning and working.
  • Fit to work Physically and Mentally.
  • 100% committed to work and has solid work ethic.
  • Fresh Graduates or no prior BPO experience will also be eligible.
