Job Description - Customer Experience Specialist

Customer Experience Specialist (Remote)

We are looking for a fully remote Customer Experience Specialist to work at Austin's top moving company. Forbes recognizes us as Austin's #1 movers, and our team agrees, having voted us onto Austin’s Best Places to Work list for three consecutive years. But enough about our trophies — let’s talk about you. What You’ll Actually Do:
  • Educate & Inspire: Adopt our education-first selling approach. Your task? Help customers see why we're the top choice, minus the sales jargon. You'll need to be stellar at customer interactions.
  • Be the Glue: You'll connect the dots between dispatch, scheduling, and customer happiness. It’s about making the complex stuff feel easy.
  • Champion of Customer Bliss: From the first “hello” to the final “we’ve moved you,” you’re making sure our customers are more than just 4.9/5 stars satisfied.
  • Day in the Life : After training, y ou'll answer phone calls, emails, and text message inquiries from customers looking to move offering insights into our hourly moving services, gathering move details, and crafting estimates with our intuitive tech that does the hard work for you. 
  • Career Growth Opportunities:  you'll work directly with our leadership team and will have the opportunity to be involved and contribute to other departments (marketing & operations teams). We’re crafting paths for growth, not just for our company but for every team member.

  • A background boasting 5+ years in sales or customer service.
  • Some fancy degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business. But hey, it’s your skills that really count, not the degree.
