CSR is primarily responsible for providing customer service support according to the scope of work and service level requirements. This includes ensuring call quality and quantitative standards are observed in meeting customer care needs and resolving them in a timely fashion.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answering incoming calls from customers
Sorting out customers’ inquiries or requests
Ensuring that customers’ requests are managed in an appropriate and timely manner
Developing, organizing, and maintaining accurate files
Delivering a high caliber of service in a friendly, confident, and informed manner
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
High School Graduate (old curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate
With 1 year Customer Service Experience
Have Excellent communication skills
Willing to work on site
