Customer Service Agent

Duties/Responsibilities: Responsible for handling large amounts of customer calls. The main responsibility is to provide all the necessary answers and assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS?

At least high school graduate (old curriculum) or senior high school graduate (new curriculum) With 18 months of call center experience Good to excellent English communication skills Willing to start immediately
