Job Description - Customer Service Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:


Avion School, a leading tech education company, is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our remote team. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our students and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner. This is a full-time entry-level position with 1 year of experience, and the ideal candidate will be energetic, confident, and possess strong analytical and teamwork skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a prompt and friendly manner. 2. Assist students with course enrollment, payments, and any other related inquiries. 3. Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate team when necessary. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Proactively identify and address any customer concerns or feedback. 6. Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer service processes and procedures. 7. Continuously strive to provide exceptional service and exceed customer expectations.


Requirements: 1. 1 year of customer service experience preferred. 2. Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation. 3. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment. 4. Proficiency in using customer service software and tools. 5. Energetic and confident personality traits. 6. Strong analytical and teamwork skills.
