Job Description - Customer Service Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:


San Miguel Brewery Inc. is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate to join our remote team in Quezon City, NCR, Philippines. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are confident, energetic, and possess excellent problem-solving and presentation skills.


Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products and services - Resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely responses - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Contribute to team goals and assist with special projects as needed


Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Comfortable working in a remote environment - Must be confident and energetic - Prior experience in customer service is a plus, but not required
