• The role will require preparing sales and service quotations for related products and services.
• This position requires entering sales and service orders into SAP business systems.
• Should monitor sales and service orders and expedite parts.
• Prepare weekly sales reports & run BW reports. 
• Assist in making GPN / BOM creation requests, and raise GCN and I-project.
• Prepare shipping documentation and liaise with internal departments related to shipping.
• Maintain excellent service and build a good rapport with customers (both internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide support to the product marketing & training functions.
• Perform other related customer service functions as assigned from time to time.
