- The role will require preparing sales and service quotations for related products and services.
- This position requires entering sales and service orders into SAP business systems.
- Should monitor sales and service orders and expedite parts.
- Prepare weekly sales reports & run BW reports.
- Assist in making GPN / BOM creation requests, and raise GCN and I-project.
- Prepare shipping documentation and liaise with internal departments related to shipping.
- Maintain excellent service and build a good rapport with customers (both internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide support to the product marketing & training functions.
- Perform other related customer service functions as assigned from time to time.
