Job Description - Customer Service for Healthcare Account

ISTA Solutions, an outsourcing/offshoring company, is in search of an experienced Medical Biller Specialist to join our rapidly expanding team. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for following up on claims that are 0-60 days old ( HMO / MLTC payers)

• Analyze unpaid claims and coordinates with insurance to process , dispute , appeal claims

• Bills out Managed Long Term , Secondary Insurance claims.

• Investigates on unpaid / underpaid claims and find out best solution to get claims paid

Requirements

  • At least 6 months experience in handling Medicare/Medicaid, commercial insurances, HMO, PPO.
  • Experience in Medical billing or revenue cycle management is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Amenable to work ONSITE in Makati
  • OK to work on night shifts, with overtime whenever needed
