Job Description - Customer Service Head

We are urgently recruiting for a Customer Service Head . The role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of customer service operations, including managing a team of representatives, developing and implementing service strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Salary: open salary

Work Setup: Onsite

Shift Schedule: Primarily midshift but must be open to different schedules .

Location: Cebu

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the customer service team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to team members.
  • Develop and implement customer service policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistency and quality in service delivery.
  • Monitor and evaluate customer service performance metrics, such as response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to enhance the customer service experience.
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as operations, marketing, and product development, to address customer feedback and improve service offerings.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in customer service, incorporating new ideas and innovations into service strategies.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on customer service performance and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service management, preferably in the online gaming or entertainment industry.
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with players and team members.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a focus on finding creative solutions to customer issues.
  • Knowledge of online gaming platforms and industry trends.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and tools, such as CRM systems and helpdesk software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
