Job Description:
ChatGenie is seeking a highly qualified Customer Service Manager to join our remote team in Pasig, NCR, Philippines. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience in customer service management, you will be responsible for leading a team of remote customer service representatives to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Manage and mentor a team of remote customer service representatives - Monitor customer interactions and resolve escalated issues - Analyze customer feedback to improve service quality and satisfaction - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience - Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members - Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for growth - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service management - Provide regular reports and updates to senior management
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven track record of at least 6 years in customer service management - Strong leadership and team management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment - Great presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders
