Job Description - Customer Service Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


Altitude Games is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience in customer service management, you will be responsible for leading our customer service team to provide exceptional support to our players and users.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Oversee the daily operations of the customer service team - Train and mentor customer service representatives - Monitor customer service metrics and KPIs to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints - Collaborate with other departments to improve customer experience - Lead customer service improvement initiatives - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field - Proven experience as a Customer Service Manager or similar role - Strong leadership and interpersonal skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Hardworking and confident personality traits - Time management and creativity soft skills - Experience working in the gaming industry is a plus
