Job Description - Customer Service Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


Qwikwire is seeking a highly experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team. This position is full-time and offers remote work flexibility. We are looking for a candidate with 7 years of experience in customer service management, preferably in a remote work setting.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer service representatives, ensuring that all customer inquiries and issues are addressed promptly and effectively - Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall customer experience - Monitor customer service metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Handle escalated customer complaints and provide resolutions in a timely manner - Train and mentor customer service representatives to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service management


Requirements: - 7 years of experience in customer service management - Experience working in a remote work environment - Independent and adaptable personality traits - Strong critical thinking and presentation skills - Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
