What Your Role Looks Like:

As a Customer Service & Operations Executive , you will play a crucial role in our client’s retentions team, focusing on retaining and winning back customers. Your motivation and skill in retaining canceling customers and re-engaging lapsed ones will be essential. Through empathetic and rapport-rich conversations, you will work towards meeting retention targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.

A Journey Through Your Career:

Employment Type: Full-time

Schedule: Mid Shift, Mon - Fri 03:00 PM - 12:00 AM

Work Arrangement: Hybrid, Makati (Hybrid after 3-6 months)

Credentials That Speak Volumes:

  • Background
  • You must be educated to degree level.
  • You must have 5+ years of experience in customer service.
  • You should be seeking to build a long-term career with Housekeep; thus, candidates with a stable job history are preferred.
  • You should have experience working with email, chat, and phone.
  • Having experience working with UK customers and in a marketplace service is a plus.
  • You should be tech-savvy, and experience working with Zendesk is a plus.
  • Customer Service Skills
  • You must possess exceptional customer service skills and be passionate about delivering amazing experiences.
  • Your communication skills, both written and spoken English, must be exceptional.
  • You should be able to demonstrate great judgment and practical problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities in Focus:

  • You’ll provide inbound and outbound customer support via email, phone, and live chat. 
  • You’ll deliver exceptional service to our customers and Housekeepers.
  • You’ll deal with a wide range of issues: from ensuring that every cleaning goes ahead without a problem to helping us manage the relationship with our Housekeepers. It’s fun, engaging, and varied.
  • No two problems are the same. So, you’ll take full ownership of issues and will be empowered to fix every issue, the first time, every time.
  • You’ll work fast and effectively to ensure we respond to customers and Housekeepers inquiries quickly.
