Location / Shift Mabalacat Office, Night Shift NOTE: You must be willing to work in the office in the above office location to apply for this position Job Description We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative who will be mainly responsible for the tracking of shipments from pickup to delivery and addressing shipping issues that occur. Other responsibilities:

• ● Ability to contact FedEx via phone to get more details about the status of the shipments
• ● Communicate to Sales team any shipment issues and solutions
• ● Ensure advised delivery dates are met
