Job Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative with at least 1 year of experience in the BPO industry. The ideal candidate is a high school graduate with strong communication skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, or chats.
- Resolve customer issues regarding products, services, and billing.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Meet performance metrics such as AHT (Average Handle Time), Quality Assurance scores, and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT).
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
Requirements:
- High School Graduate (minimum).
- Minimum 1 year of BPO experience in a customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a shifting schedule, including night shifts.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office or CRM tools.
- Possess a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace (if remote).
