Job Description - Customer Service Representative

Qualifications:

With or without CSR/BPO experience
High School graduates, Senior High School graduates, or College undergraduates are welcome
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused and willing to learn
Computer literate
Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule
Can start ASAP is an advantage

Job Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally
Provide accurate information and effective solutions
Assist customers with account and service-related requests
Document customer interactions and transactions
Maintain a positive customer experience
Meet company performance and quality standards
