Customer Service Representative

Qualifications:

• Must be a College Graduate - No BPO Experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
• Strong multitasking and time management abilities
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, if required
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Respond to incoming calls promptly and professionally. Make outbound calls to follow up on inquiries and resolve issues. Identify and resolve customer concerns, escalating when necessary. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Stay informed about products, services, and company policies.
