Job Overview CSRs are responsible for providing excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They serve as a primary point of contact between the company and its customers, representing the company’s values and commitment to customer care. Responsibilities and Duties Connect with our viewers/clients to build relationship, provide excellent customer service and create raving fans for business Create a genuine connection with our customer/viewers, identify customer concerns and needs proactively respond to them. Complete resolve customer/viewers concerns and in most cases ensure that such concerns are resolved. Provide feedback and help escalate customer concerns in a timely manner significant to customer service executives. Follow-up and escalate resolution actions related to unresolved issues. Stay up to date on all relevant company updates information. Additional assigned duties and tasks may be required as needed. Qualifications Exceptional Verbal and written communication skills.. At least 1 to 2 years work experience as a customer representative in a BPO. At least High School graduate or college level/graduate or undergraduate will do Willing to work full time and in a shifting and/or night shift schedule. Computer savvy and with good web navigation skills Willing to work onsite and can start ASAP. Ability to work effectively under pressure. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
