Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:
. Receive inquiries and complaints from customers and partners for all Cue Health supported products
. Document all customer communications, triage complaints as required, and lead investigations for issue resolution
. Provide support for all customer service-related matters related to orders, shipping, subscriptions and product replacements
. Oversee project work addressing system issues and build capabilities for the customer service department.
. Organize and prepare customer service metrics and data for presentation if needed
. Perform independent data analysis and problem solving
. Demonstrate dedication to high quality customer service
. Coordinate work of 3-5 others for tactical shift planning. Primary buddy for entry level customer service agents for training sessions.
. Plan and organize daily priorities, in-bound customer communication coverage and assist with ensuring quality service levels
. Act as the primary contact for entry level customer service agents as needed
. Exercise independent judgment to manage customer inquiries and complaints of diverse scope and complexity
. Must work on weekends to assist the customer service team
. Responsible for managing workload and scheduling to ensure goals and deadlines are met
. Document all customer calls, emails, and interactions in the call center database
. Additional duties as assigned
