Job Description - Customer Service Representative

'Responsible for incoming calls from the customers, answering questions and inquiries, troubleshooting problems, providing information and handling complaints regarding the organization's products or services. Qualifications:

  • A High School Graduate (old curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate (new Curriculum)
  • Above average English communication skills
  • Good computer navigation skills on multiple system
  • Typing speed of 25-30 WPM
Relocation Details:
  • Candidates must be from outside Metro CDO area -
  • End-to-end Recruiting process will be Over-the-Phone
  • Transportation Allowance
  • Daily Allowance
  • Free accommodation (up to 15 days) provided by the company; further details shared during Job Offer
  • All relocators will be required to submit a BARANGAY CLEARANCE as proof of residence
  • Relocation assistance available ONLY to candidates hired for CDO Telecommunications account'
