The role is perfect for those who love talking about cars and the automotive industry while efficiently managing customer interactions. Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with customers in North America to discuss their automotive interests, guiding them through vehicle purchase options or scheduling maintenance.
- Expertly navigate CRM and scheduling systems to enhance customer experiences.
- Deliver top-tier customer service, contributing to retention, revenue increase, and strengthened brand loyalty.
- Coordinate across teams to ensure customer inquiries are addressed with promptness and accuracy.


Qualifications:
- Proficient in English with a B1 level of grammar.
- Ability to multitask with different scheduling and CRM systems.
- A minimum typing speed of 45 WPM.
- Use of a noise-cancelling headset and a quiet work environment is essential.


Work Location & Schedule:
- On-site role at the Clark Facility in Pampanga.
- Willingness to work night shifts, between 7 PM - 6 AM, Philippines time.
- Availability is required Monday through Sunday, with shifts assigned accordingly.


Contract and Compensation:
- This is an independent contractor position.
- Responsible for self-reporting and paying any statutory taxes.
- Salary ranges from 28K to 32K monthly, with opportunities for bonuses.
