Eligibility and Benefits Coordinator, be 100% YOU with MicroSourcing! An Eligibility and Benefits Coordinator is expected to perform the following tasks: 1. Monitoring provider schedules and ensuring schedules are up to date and booked accordingly for Psych,
Primary Care, Women's Health, SUDS, Therapy, and IOP
a. Scheduling patients with providers according to insurances, and provider preferences.
b. Managing the schedule effectively to meet clinic goals.
2. Calling to confirm scheduled appointments the day before.
3. Reviewing voicemails and returning missed phone calls same day.
4. Reviewing and returning calls from the crisis calls.
5. Verifying patient insurances daily and at the 1st of every month
a. Sending out inactive insurance lists to the appropriate departments.
6. Monitoring emails and responding back within 24 hrs.
7. Schedule and monitor new patient referrals.
8. Answering phone calls and triaging to the correct department.
9. Scheduling appointments for new and follow up patients for clinic services and therapy. Complete linkage
reports
10. Ensuring missed appointments are called daily for rescheduling.
11. Collect intake packets and insurance cards and IDs for new and existing patients.
12. Collecting and posting copays and cash pay payments for clinic services. For 1 year fixed term contract What it takes to be part of our team:

• Must have Customer Service in Healthcare experience
• Good communication skills
• Amenable to onsite Set-up.
• Amenable to work on a Night Shift.
