Responsible in the proper and timely handling of client's concerns.
Responsibilities
3. Protect sensitive information that must not be disclosed to Clients/Non-Clients/Sellers
4. Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
5. Endorse completed tickets to the Concerned Departments/Units (at least after one year of service)
6. Ensure 100% accuracy of all encoded information in the system, as authorized
7. Reply to emails within at least 72 hours from receipt
8. Participate effectively in team meetings
9. Perform other duties and functions that may be assigned from time to time by the Management
