Unlike tech companies plugging the latest models into a generic platform, we were designed for this moment, with people at our core, built on trust and data.Our system, affectionately named AIAIAI (pronounced aye-aye-aye) stands for Activity-Infused AI for Actual Insights. It collects and processes complex activity data and qualitative reports, provides insights to up-skill individuals, improve efficiency and enable data-driven decisions. We make the unstructured, structured, and complicated, approachable.As we look to the future, we’re ready to face job displacement head-on. The epicenter of this transformation starts in places like the contact center sector. In 5 years, we anticipate over 50% of these existing jobs will be gone. The Role
We are looking for passionate people with strong English speaking and writing skills. In your initial interviews, there will be an emphasis on the Customer Service Representative role.
