Customer Service Representative

Overview: We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide routine phone support to clients in a call-center environment. The role involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service under regular supervision. Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer requests and calls related to specific programs and products.
• Identify and address customer needs following client-specific procedures.
• Attempt to resolve issues and deescalate irate or dissatisfied customers.
• Escalate calls to supervisors when necessary.

Qualifications:

• High School Graduate or Equivalent
• Without or Without BPO Experience
• Willing to Work ONSITE
