Customer Service Representative
About Us: VetShopGroup is Australias largest, oldest and
most awarded online retailer of pet health products. We have customers all over
the world (majority in Australia and USA/Canada).
Were a privately owned business, founded
by our head vet and CEO Dr Mark Perissinotto and his brother Steven in 1999.
Mark and Steven continue to be active in the day-to-day operation of the
business and our team (currently 20 people) is customer focused, motivated and
fun to work with. We treat our staff, our suppliers and our customers and their
pets as if they were our own family.

The Role:
Customer Service Representatives in the
VetShopGroup assist our customers who phone in, message via live chat or email
us. Customer service includes:
Qualifications:
CSRs have a very high standard of spoken
and written English and strong customer service skills and be comfortable using computer programs such as online shopping carts (e.g. Magento2), excel, help desk,
internet phone etc.
Previous experience in customer service for
an online retailer and familiarity with customer service by phone/email/chat preferred
as is experience dealing with customers in Australia and/or USA and Canada.
No knowledge of the products we sell is
required as training will be provided but a love of pets is essential.
