Customer Service Representative (Hybrid Work Set Up)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative for our voice account, located in BGC or Mandaluyong. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly.
- Maintain product knowledge and provide informed assistance.
- Accurately document interactions in the CRM system.
- Collect and report customer feedback.

Qualifications:
- 6-12 months of customer service experience (voice account preferred).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Willingness to work shifts, including nights and weekends.
