Job Description - Customer Service Representative (Life Insurance) On-site (80% non voice) - Start Immediately

We are looking to hire a capable Customer Service Representative (Life Insurance) On-site (80% non voice) to join our dynamic team at Eastvantage in Taguig.

About the role:
  • Salary range: 25K - 34K
  • Work Set up: On site
  • Location: BGC
  • Schedule: Rotational/ Shifting schedule
  • Employment Type: Permanent
  • Benefits: HMO on Day 1 with 1 free dependent upon reg, NSD, PTO credit and PH Holidays, 13th month pay
About the role:
  1. Interact with customers and immediately get the context of the concern and/or request
  2. Ability to switch effortlessly between channels (phone/video call, email, live chat, co-browsing, and social media) and be the single point of contact for all inquiries
  3. Research all the possible ways to provide solutions and quickly come up with a solution In cases that are highly technical or require decision-making, the representative should be able to escalate to the appropriate teams and ensure the resolution of the case
  4. Performed administrative tasks, such as maintaining records and handling any changes in the policy
  5. Ensures all compliance requirements are satisfied
  6. Meet and maintain daily and monthly service level standards
Position requirements: Skills Requirement:
  1. Effective communication skills that creates emotional connection with the customer
  2. Strong customer service abilities
  3. Ability to provide a proactive support
  4. High analytical skills High attention to detail
  5. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree or College underg of any field
  2. at least 1 yr experience in insurance financial and healthcare industry
  3. Familiar with Omnichannel CRM systems and practices
  4. Knowledge of insurance investment business as an asset
  5. Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  6. Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written Spontaneous or able to express thought freely
  7. No issues reporting onsite
