Job Description - Customer Service Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:


As a Customer Service Representative at Grab Philippines, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels. This is a remote work position, so you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. We are looking for individuals who are independent, resilient, and have strong time management and attention to detail skills.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Process customer orders and provide tracking information when necessary - Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction - Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions


Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in basic computer applications - Availability to work full-time hours
