CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (EUROPE AND NORTH AMERICA) The Customer Service Representative will be responsible to maintain and/or increase customer loyalty by supporting the customer for ordering up to delivering.
About the Job:
Performs order handling
Follows up on customer requests
Build strong customer relationships by proactively informing customer on status of deliveries, running open order books and communicate to the customer, maintaining intensive contact (by phone) with customers, actively participating in customer related projects in order to improve customer satisfaction levels, dedicates back-up responsibilities for other Customer Service Representatives
Provide sales support to Outside Sales
About the You:
Relevant experience in a Customer Service related environment is mandatory, of at least two years is preferred
Excellent writing and verbal English language skills are required
Basic/advanced knowledge of MS office
SAP and Material Resource Planning (MRP) system knowledge are preferred
Working knowledge of quality standards (ISO/QS/TS) is preferred
