Voice and Email CSR for Automotive Account o Position: Agent o Salary: 21k basic + 10% ND + 3500 perfect attendance bonus o Site assignment: Makati o Start Date: ASAP • Responsibilities: o Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally o Provide accurate and detailed information about our products and services to customers o Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate person o Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and problem-solving skills o Meet or exceed individual/team targets • Qualifications: o At least 6 months BPO experience o Has email support experience o A background in automotive, logistics and e-commerce is a plus o Excellent verbal & written English skills o Must be detail-oriented and displays critical thinking o Willing to work on site in Makati o Amenable working night shift
