Job Description - Customer Service Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description: Avion School is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team remotely. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our students and alumni. You will serve as the first point of contact for any inquiries, concerns, or feedback and will work closely with our internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for all users.


Responsibilities: - Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat messages from students and alumni - Provide timely and accurate information about our programs, services, and policies - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner - Collaborate with our admissions and student success teams to ensure a positive student experience - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Assist with administrative tasks as needed


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Independent and confident personality traits - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Ability to think creatively and innovate solutions to customer problems - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer service tools - High school diploma or equivalent
