Job Description - Customer success Account Manager

Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Success Account Manager. As a Customer Success Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our valued customers. You will work closely with our sales and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive growth within our client base. This is a junior-level role, suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience. Qualifications And Skills
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer success or account management role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
  • Knowledge of SaaS sales and software as a service (SaaS) industry
  • Experience in sales development or lead generation is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
Roles And Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our existing customer base
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and issue resolution
  • Collaborate with the sales team to renew and expand customer contracts
  • Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to internal teams
  • Conduct product demonstrations and train customers on platform features
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide strategic recommendations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in CRM system
