Customer Success Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

First Circle is seeking a motivated and energetic Customer Success Assistant to join our remote team in Taguig, NCR, Philippines. As a Customer Success Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. This is a full-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. - Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback, provide assistance, and offer solutions to enhance their experience. - Collaborate with the sales and product teams to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to clients. - Analyze customer data and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase customer retention and satisfaction. - Assist in the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our platform. - Provide training and support to customers on how to utilize our products effectively. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.

Requirements: - Energetic and independent personality traits. - Strong leadership and negotiation skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Prior experience in a customer success or client services role preferred.
