Job Description:
NextPay is seeking a motivated and resourceful Customer Success Officer to join our team in Manila, NCR. This is a remote work position with a full-time commitment at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of clients to ensure their satisfaction and success with NextPay products and services - Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions to help them achieve their business objectives - Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in customer success strategies - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and enhance the overall customer experience - Develop and implement customer success plans to drive retention and upsell opportunities - Provide feedback to internal teams based on customer interactions to improve product offerings - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success to continuously improve our processes
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or sales - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with clients - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
