Job Description - Customer Success Specialist

As a member in our Customer Success Graduate in Customer Operations, you will be part of a fast-paced, customer centric environment providing efficient skills in core fundamental areas of customer care and experience, channel/partner management as well as customer data management through the form of case handling and management. While most of the responsibilities will be completed via phone and email, there will opportunities to attend meetings, events and other external activities from time to time. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to customers and partners based on queries raised with the Customer Success team. You will be a point of contact for inbound queries and assist with the management of our CRM systems and internal SharePoint systems. Other roles will include data assessment and validation as well as report keeping and collaboration. Ultimately, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, learn new skills, and grow within the organization. Key Responsibilities:

  • Reactive Partner / Customer - Account management support and query management
  • Proactive Customer Engagements as prescribed by specific projects
  • Customer Retention
  • Call down day participation based on Customer / Partner engagement focused activities
  • Customer Account Optimixation reporting
  • Salesforce Management - Customer and Contact Records
  • Marketing event support, internal and external
  • Identifying upsell opportunities for Global Service Desk customers
  • Act as a point of contact for inbound queries and assist with the management of our CRM systems and internal SharePoint systems.
  • Manage customer cases efficiently and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Keep accurate records and collaborate with team members on reports and other tasks.


Qualifications:

  • The successful candidate must have completed the following in the last 2 years:
    • Bachelor of Commerce
    • Business Administration Diploma, Management & Marketing
  • Able to work collaboratively within a team environment, whilst driving specific objectives individually;
