Job Description - Customer Support Agent

***LOOKING FOR FILIPINOS OR PHILIPPINES-BASED CANDIDATES***

Position: Customer Support Agent (Full-time)

Salary: 1200 USD/month

Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm PST -- 11 am to 12 pm Lunch Break. 8-hour shift (10pm to 7am Philippine Standard Time)

Holiday: US holidays

About the Company:

We are a management organization services company that provides practice support services, advisory and innovative technology to medical practices. 

We opened our doors 9 years ago, to handle the practice’s administrative burdens, put in technology and systems so physicians can focus more on the patient, and reduce day-to-day operation headaches. Since then, we have expanded our services to include opening practices, practice sale advisory, and modernizing practices with our very own proprietary administration technology system.

Responsibilities:

  • Vendor Scheduling, Coordination, and Managing
  • Intake customer issues
  • Facilities Repair and Maintenance Coordination
  • Maintain Google Calendar
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Order office supplies and equipment, coordinate delivery and update customers
  • Maintain CRM list and Client Portal
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients

Requirements

  • Zendesk experience is highly preferred
  • Good to Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Prior customer service or customer support experience is preferred
  • Proficiency in using CRM or Client portals
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
