Job Description - Customer Support Assistant - Remote Work


Job Description:


Olivia is seeking a Customer Support Assistant to join our team remotely in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. This is a full-time Associate Level position with a requirement of 2 years of experience in customer support roles. We are looking for individuals who are driven and resilient, with excellent attention to detail and research skills.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support through various channels, including email, chat, and phone - Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and feedback in a timely and professional manner - Research and resolve customer concerns effectively, demonstrating empathy and understanding - Collaborate with the team to improve processes and procedures for enhanced customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers


Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer support role - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset - Ability to work remotely and independently with minimal supervision - Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools - High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
