Job Description:
Smart Communications is looking for a dedicated Customer Support Officer to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. As a Customer Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. This position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions to their concerns via phone, email, or chat. 2. Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers. 3. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution. 4. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Continuously strive to improve customer service processes and procedures. 7. Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements: 1. Resilient and energetic personality traits. 2. Strong project management and planning skills. 3. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 4. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. 5. Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively. 6. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
