Job Description - Customer Support Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:


Storm Technologies is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Support Officer to join our remote team in Davao City, Philippines. As a Customer Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.


Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone promptly and professionally - Providing solutions to customer issues and concerns in a courteous and efficient manner - Troubleshooting technical problems and providing technical support to customers - Documenting customer interactions and keeping accurate records of customer inquiries and resolutions - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate teams for resolution - Proactively identifying opportunities to improve customer support processes and procedures


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or support roles - Confident and driven personality with a strong desire to help customers - Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide effective solutions - Innovative mindset to constantly improve and streamline customer support processes - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and remotely in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using customer support software and tools - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
