Support Director, Data Services to define, build and execute the Data Services strategy

Proactively own the day-to-day inventory, maintenance and communication of ‘calling data’ and ‘lead production’ for direct campaign fulfillment

Identify data quality issues and determine proper course of action

Maintain preparation standards and update documentation

Ensure workflows tasks are designed and implemented with high quality, achieve expected results and are scalable

• Ensure workflows tasks are designed and implemented with high quality, achieve expected results and are scalable

• Supervise Data Services Associate(s)

• Produce campaign reporting & analytics as needed

• Proactively communicate with fulfillment stakeholders to reduce bottlenecks and provide important visibility as needed

Qualifications and Requirements

• Demonstrated experience working collaboratively (and remotely) with business users and senior-level management to determine information needs and effective delivery methods

• Familiarity with traditional and emerging database technologies including cloud technologies, firmographic & demographic B2B data platforms, data visualization

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance multiple tasks with high attention to details

• Experience producing readily understandable reporting & information delivery; experience consuming data visualization & and dashboard solutions

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including experience writing procedures for a complex data-oriented lead generation environment & documenting complex technical solutions

• Flexible and capable of prioritizing competing tasks, timelines, and work streams

• Remote workforce management, training, on-boarding

• Deep experience in traditional data warehouses or platforms; Excel & Google Sheets (formulas, reporting, consumption of mass data)

• Mentor and lead by example

• 5+ years of experience in Data Management, Data Analytics, Data Integration/Warehousing, Process Analysis, Lead Generation
