Digital Marketing Designer & Content Creator

As a digital marketing designer and Content creator, your role would involve creating visually compelling and engaging digital assets tailored for various online platforms and marketing campaigns. Here's an overview of your responsibilities:

1. Graphic Design: Produce high-quality multimedia content including images, videos, and infographics Designing graphics, illustrations, and visual elements for digital marketing materials such as social media posts, banners, ads, email newsletters, and website content, can use AI and ChatGPT to help with email copy and social media posts, can use  SEM and MOZ , can understand the products and services we are selling and translate that into useful imagery at all parts of the marketing funnel. 
2. Branding: Ensuring consistency in branding elements across all digital channels to maintain brand identity and recognition.
3. User Experience (UX) Design: Crafting designs that enhance the user experience, including intuitive navigation, clear calls-to-action, and visually appealing layouts.
4. Responsive Design: Creating designs that are optimized for various devices and screen sizes to ensure a seamless experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms.
5. Content Creation: Collaborating with team to develop multimedia content such as videos, animations, infographics, and interactive presentations.
6. A/B Testing: Collaborating with Operations  teams to conduct A/B tests on design elements to optimize performance and conversion rates.
7. Data Analysis: Analyzing metrics and user feedback to iterate on designs and improve their effectiveness over time.
8. Manage and maintain content calendars to ensure timely delivery of content

Requirements and Qualifications:

1. Education: A bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, digital media, or a related field is typically required. We will consider candidates with an associate degree or equivalent experience.
2. Graphic Design Skills: Proficiency in graphic design principles, including layout, typography, color theory, and composition. Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar design software are essential.
3. Digital Content Creation: Experience creating digital content across various platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and digital advertising. Knowledge of multimedia design, video editing, animation, and interactive media is a plus.
4. Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and digital content creation across different mediums and platforms. The portfolio should demonstrate creativity, technical skills, and the ability to solve design challenges effectively.
5. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for collaborating with team members, understanding client requirements, and presenting design concepts and ideas.
6. Creativity and Innovation: The ability to generate creative ideas, think critically, and innovate solutions to design problems. Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
7. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy when creating and reviewing design assets, ensuring consistency in branding, typography, and visual elements.
8. Time Management: Effective time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
9. Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design principles is beneficial for creating digital content optimized for online platforms. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress or Shopify may also be required.
10. Collaboration and Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
